Chapter Thirty-Nine.
Rue walks back from seeing Jim off, and I wonder why she had to take so long. Rue has come to love Jim so much and I admire their relationship a lot. They remind me a lot about my then time with Neal. So perfect, so cute, very admirable and beautiful.
‘’Where were you young girl?’’ I ask her jokingly and she laughs heartily.
‘’I was bidding Jim goodbye.’’
‘’You sound as if he is going for long.’’ She smiles slyly.
‘’Not really sweetie, he will be going for just a few hours but trust me when I say I already miss him so much I mean it.’’ She says looking a bit sad.
‘’Hey, come on Rue, he will be back soon.’’ Jamal says and we all smile.
‘’Can we go to the garden? May be we can feel the fresh air as we talk about what has been going on.’’ Rue says
