Mum has a look on her face which I cannot decipher. Rue is kinder lost and Gabby has one of those looks that says bring it on.
Who does that? Who the hell shows all the nervous people around her that she is calm? I think her calm nature is on another level or maybe she be having something up her sleeve.
She didn’t even seem surprised that Jamal called me earlier.
Dad too looks calm but maybe it’s because he already has an idea maybe a rough one of whatever is going on.
I think I am the only one who looks astonished, flabbergasted, and afraid even. I am not ready for any sort of news. I don’t think I want to hear anything.
Do I have any choice though?
