‘’Your mum was taken to hospital earlier. She received a phone call and I don’t know what the caller said to her and she just collapsed.
Thank God that your dad was around to call an ambulance.’’
Neal and I are already on our heels headed to the car. The drive to the hospital is one of the most torturous moments of my life. I didn’t know that mum had employed a new girl, the one whom we just spoke to.
