She took off her goggle while entering the building
Everyone was staring at her but she was walking straight without even looking at any of them
"Good morning Maam " they greeted her
She ignored all of them as if they don't exist

She heard their whispers but ignored them and continued collapsing her heels on the ground until she stopped in front of a lift
She headed inside the lift
No one joined her in the lift from the staff but two guards joined her
She was looking at the door of the lift until she heard a ding and headed out of the lift
"What a beautiful morning it is," a middle-aged man said while walking towards her
"Good morning "that man greeted
"Good morning Mr. John" she replied
"Mr. Noah is waiting for you "
She start walking towards her Dad's room while John followed her from behind
She entered after knocking
"Lyra my Daughter come have a seat "
"Dad aren't we getting late for a meeting ?" she coldly asked
"yes let's go, " Her father said while standing up
She walked out of the room and start waiting for the lift that's when her dad came
They both headed inside the lift
His father gestured to his guards not to join them in the lift
Lyra headed inside the lift
Her dad joined her while saying
"Lyra ?"
"hmm?"
"It's just because of your safety so choose wisely " her dad suggested
She nodded
Both of them got out of the lift
Her face was straight looking at the door but her eyes can see people staring at her and her ears can hear their gossip
"Why did you choose a restaurant for interviews Dad?" she asked when the driver started the engine
Her dad chuckled while saying
"I can't show them my office "
She sighed
Soon they stopped in front of a restaurant
Everyone greeted them with a smile on their face
Lyra put on her black goggles
Ignoring all of them she followed her father to the topmost floor
They headed to a big room having a table surrounded by 4 chairs where the manager guided them
"John asked them to come, " Her dad asked his assistant
A guy wearing a white hoodie with blue jeans headed inside
"Hello ma'am and sir," he said and was about to sit but Lyra stopped him by asking
"Did I ask you to sit ?"

"but you haven't seen my qualifications," that guy asked
"do you think I'm interested in your qualifications," Lyra said while using her cell phone
He left and then another guy entered while saying
"Hey I'm Issac from the UK I completed my education just one year ago and I'm into martial arts "
"not interested, next" Lyra said while scrolling through her phone
That guy left and another guy entered

She put her phone on the table and before he could greet them Lyra looked at his eyes

That guy got out of the room with a smile but Lyra smirked before whispering

But then a guy entered

His brown siren eyes his straight small nose pink lips
His forehead was covered with his brown hair and his flawless skin he blinked once before looking at Lyra, who was busy scrolling through her phone
He cleared his throat to get their attention
Lyra looked at him
"Hello, "he said while standing
"I'm Zedd from _" Lyra cut him off saying
"you can leave "
That guy turned to leave but then her father stopped him by saying
"You can join from tomorrow"
Lyra looked at her father in disbelief
She stood while picking up her belonging and left without looking behind
"I think she doesn't want me as her bodyguard, " That guy said
"No problem as long as I want you "Her father winked at him

meanwhile, she got out of the room while cursing her life
"Ahh do I have to wait for this damn lift now "She kicked at the wall so hard

"You shouldn't hurt yourself " she heard the familiar voice and turned her face to that person

She raised her eyebrow
"uhm actually here take it," he said while giving her goggles
"You forgot it in the room, "he said but she rolled her eyes at him and took her goggles from him
She sighed when she saw the lift's door opening she headed inside but then she saw him joining her
She put on her goggles while that guy was just looking straight within a few seconds the lift stopped and she got out and was about to leave but then he stopped her by saying
"your hairpin is about to fall "
She didn't stop and headed to the car where her dad joined her
She fixed her hairpin while looking at the window of the car
"Why are you still standing sit inside "
"I'll go by my car, My driver will come soon "
Her dad chuckled at her
"He went to my office "
She got into the car without saying anything as she didn't have the strength to argue
