My mom was being serious when she offered me help to talk to the ancient spirits. When I finished my late lunch, she stood by my side, and led me the whole way, holding my arm and comforting me all the time, telling me that Nicholas would calm down and come around. It was the first time since our last big fight that we have time to bond again.
