CHAPTER 3 POV: Fiona I sat at my porch, looking at my watch and it read 7:45pm. Ugh! 15 more minutes to wait. If only I could make the time go faster. I was looking through my backpack checking for my things when a hand lands on my shoulder. “Fiona..” “Ahh!” I screamed, as I turned to see who it was. “Its just me! Haha! Got you girl!” Wendy laughed at me. “I wonder if you’ll be this scared inside the wild.” “Hey, that’s not funny. I almost land on my face!” I said, already annoyed. “Sorry, I guess I was just testing your fear meter.” she said, stucking out her tongue. “You tell me that when we’re in the wild later.” I said, holding my flashlight. I noticed Wendy is holding hers too. “Here we are! I picked up Esther on the way.” Aliyah said. “Are we really sure, we’re going to do this?” “Of course! Let’s go!” I said cheerfully, linking my arms to Esther, who is excited as I am and starter walking towards the wild. ———————————— POV: Fiona “Hey Fiona, are you sure there is a well here? My legs are tired from walking!” Wendy said loudly, obvious that she is exhausted. “Yeah, me too. And its getting really creepy here, I guess they didn’t called it creepy forest for nothing.” Aliyah said. “Don’t tell me we’re going to back up now? It feels like we’re close!” I said, hoping they’ll agree. “You know I’ll do anything to see that well. I would wish that I’ll be genius, so that no one will bully me ever again.” Esther said, determined. We say nothing more just walked quietly, looking into our surroundings to spot where the well may be. And finally... “There it is! I told you its true!” I cried in happiness. But wait.. “Its sealed.” Aliyah said. “How are we supposed to throw our coins inside if its sealed?” Wendy asked me. “Ugh, I don’t know.” I said, struggling to open it. “Guys.. I think you should take a look at this.” Esther said all of a sudden, pointing towards the ground. We all looked to where she is pointing at and.. there is a soft glow on the ground. “Oh shoots, what’s happening?” Aliyah whispered. “You all can see it, right?” Esther whispered back, voice trembling. “Do you think we should run?” Wendy asked. Just then, Esther walked slowly to the soft glow, not taking her eyes off it. “Esther what are you doing?” I said, following her. “Its calling me..” Esther dugged up the dirt and we saw stones that are glowing. She picked up the green stone and it shed more glowing gree light until it dissapeared. “What happened? Where did it go?” I asked her, confused. “Its inside me, it talked to me. It said that they are the long lost elemental stones that were in search of their vessel. And.. they were looking for us!” Esther said smiling, eyes widening. “The white is for Aliyah, blue for Wendy, and red for you Fiona.” She informed us. Can’t disagree no more as I can feel the red stone calling me to get it. And as the three of us touched the stone, they all glowed and dissapeared, just like what happend to the green stone. Everyone looks confused as we head back home, not talking about what happened. But I guess everything’s fine, nothing bad happened.. right?
