Still Abigail's POV
I have been feeling a lot better ever since we left the house. Don't get me wrong, I didn't suddenly start loving the idea of seeing my father and having dinner with him. Am feeling better because I decided to remove every other thoughts from my head.
All am thinking about right now is how I'll be spending the night with Adrian right after this torturous dinner. I just have to manage and sit through this dinner without making him pissed off at me.
My father stays in an estate uptown, where most influential politicians and law makers live in. He's keeping the rich and influential politicians by his side so he could always have some connection and backing whenever he gets into trouble because he sure knows that someday, he's definitely gonna bite more than he can chew.
