CHAPTER 20
Dan arrived in London at lunchtime on Friday for the premiere of ‘Catch me when I Fall’ the next evening. In the last ten days he had visited five other countries and done more than thirty television appearances and interviews. He was exhausted.
He loved his co-stars, but was fed up to the back teeth of repeating the same narrative over and over again in joint interviews - the jokes were wearing thin.
He jumped into a waiting car as soon as he stepped off the jet and made his way through the traffic to Chelsea. He called his mother to let her know he was on his way.
“Hey Mum,” he said wearily.
