Bryan Banks put down the phone and sprang into action. His call with Richie Rogers had been brief, and now he was tasked with finding and bringing home Camilla Hampton at Sebastian’s request.
He pressed the intercom button on his desk. “Bess. Can you place a call to Ambassador Jackson in Kinshasa, please?”
“Of course, sir,” his assistant replied.
A moment later she patched him through on the secure line.
“Harry. Bryan Banks,” he said. “Need a favour, old boy.”
He talked with his counterpart for a few minutes and was satisfied that Harry would move heaven and earth to track Camilla down.
