Georgiana slipped through LAX airport and into a taxi unnoticed. Dark glasses and a baseball cap afforded her some anonymity, and when she wasn’t with Dan she usually managed to evade the paparazzi, much to her relief.
She had flown directly from covering the Ironman championships in Hawaii to Austen, Texas, to report on the American leg of the F1 grand prix season, and was desperate to be reunited with Dan.
She let herself into his house and immediately slipped into her bikini and went for a swim. She had been run ragged in the last two weeks and needed a few days of rest and relaxation before her last two events of the year – the ATP World Tennis Finals and the International Horse Show at Olympia, both taking place in London.
