SEBASTIAN MOREAU
“Good morning.”
“Whatt are you doing in here?” Taas kilay kong tanong bago siya tuluyang nilapitan.
“Hindi ba pwedeng dumalaw lang sayo?” Natatawa niyang sambit.
“Ulól.” Tipid kong sambit
"Anong kailangan mo?" Tanong ko.
"Wala. Ayoko sa bahay. Pinèpestè nanaman ako ron." Sambit ni Atlas.
"Bakit hindi ka pumasok sa trabaho mo?" Reklamo ko naman.
"Ayoko." Direktang sambit niya.
"Ràulo." Natatawang sambit ko habang napapailing.
"Anyway, I'm still curious paano at anong naisip mo bakir ganitong business binuo mo?" Kuryosong sambit ni Atlas.
"Bakit ka ba curious? Mag iinvest ka ba?" Natatawang sambit ko.
"Malay mo naman kapag nalaman ko." Nakangising sambit ni Atlas.
"Walang bawian yan. Mag ready ka at mag didiscuss ako." natatawa kong sambit.
"Earthify."
"I know you're curious what type of business is Earthify. And to answer your curiousity, Earthify ia a Waste Management and Upcycling Technology for Cities." Sambit ko.
"What It Does?"
"Earthify is a company that helps cities manage waste in a more sustainable way. It turns everyday waste like plastic, food scraps, and construction debris into valuable resources such as new products, biofuels, and energy. The goal is to ensure nothing goes to waste, with everything being recycled or upcycled to make new, useful things. This helps reduce pollution, save money, and create a cleaner environment by forming a system where waste is no longer thrown away, but reused and repurposed."
"How does it works?" Tanong niyang muli.
"At Earthify, we make waste management easier and more efficient by using smart sorting bins that automatically separate waste into categories like plastic, metal, and food scraps. This helps ensure everything is recycled or upcycled correctly. Once sorted, we send the waste to special plants where it’s turned into useful products like building materials, biofuels, and energy. We also use technologies to turn organic waste into clean energy, reducing the need for traditional energy sources. To keep everything transparent, we track waste through blockchain so people can see exactly what happens to their trash. On top of that, we educate the public about recycling and offer rewards to those who recycle correctly, encouraging everyone to be more eco-friendly." Mahabang sambit ko.
Thanks to my secretary na nakaipon lahat ng kailangan kong ipaliwanag tungkol sa company namin. It helps me a lot lalo na kapag may mga taong nag tatanong.
"Now, let's move on to the company's mission, vision and core values." Sambit kong muli.
"Earthify’s mission is to help cities manage waste in a better way by turning trash into useful resources. We want to reduce pollution, save energy, and make the environment cleaner through smart technology and recycling."
"While Earthify wants to change the way the world deals with waste. We aim to create a future where all waste is recycled or reused, helping cities become greener and more sustainable for everyone."
"And last are the Core Values. Sustainability: We care about the environment and aim to reduce waste and pollution. Innovation: We create new and better ways to handle waste. Transparency: We make sure our processes are clear and open to everyone using blockchain technology. Collaboration: We work with cities, communities, and businesses to make the world greener. Education: We teach people how to reduce waste and recycle better." Mahabang sambit ko.
"Masyado kang pumapalag mag paliwanag. Gusto mo talaga ko mag invest." Reklamo ni Atlas.
"Syempre. Sayang din yan." Biro ko.
"Earthify works with cities, businesses, and people who want to be more eco-friendly. Our services are for cities of all sizes, from small towns to big cities, and anyone who cares about reducing waste. That's our target market." Sambit kong muli.
"Earthify operates in cities around the world. Our main office is located in a city known for its focus on sustainability which is here." Sambit ko.
"Don't tell me meron ka na rin sa Coron?" Gulat na sambit ni Atlas.
"Yeah. Nakaikot na sa Pilipinas ang Earthify. and now wino work namin is to take Earthify outside our country na." Mayabang kong sambit.
"Bigatin ka talaga gàgo." Biro ni Atlas.
"Back to the topic. Earthify was founded in 2020 by me, Sebastian Moreau. A person who wanted to solve the growing waste problem. The company started by creating smart waste sorting systems and has grown to offer solutions like upcycling and waste-to-energy technologies."
"Earthify is unique because we offer a complete system for managing waste. We use smart sorting technology, upcycle waste into new products, turn waste into energy, and track everything with blockchain to make sure it’s done right. Also, Earthify’s work environment is creative, friendly, and focused on making a positive impact. We encourage teamwork, new ideas, and solutions that help the planet. We value diversity and always look for ways to improve both our work and the world." Dagdag ko pa.
"We’ve expanded to over 20 cities here in the Philippines and soon in other countries. We’ve developed new technology that helps turn waste into energy. We’ve received awards for our work in making cities more sustainable. And We’ve partnered with governments and companies to help reduce waste and pollution. Including this city." Seryosong sambit ko.
"Dàmn billionaire." Sambit ni Atlas.
"Coming from you pa talaga ha." Biro ko kaya sabay kaming napatawa.
"Earthify helps reduce pollution by turning waste into useful products and energy. We also run educational campaigns to teach people how to recycle and reduce waste. Our work creates jobs and helps communities have cleaner, greener environments."
"And since wala ka ng kawala. Here's the contract. Sign it now."
"And since you're now officialy one of the sharer in my company. Of course you deserve to know our future plans." Sambit ko.
"Pasabog k talaga." Napapa iling na sambit ni Atlas.
"We plan to expand to more cities, especially in developing countries where waste management is a challenge. We will keep improving our technologies and look for new ways to recycle and create energy. We plan to launch bigger public education campaigns to encourage people to reduce waste. And We are also exploring opportunities to work in renewable energy to make our solutions even more sustainable."
"Ganyan napapala kapag ayaw mag trabaho tapos mang gugulo."
"It's normal naman ah?"
May boundaries and limitations na e." Paliwanag ni Atlas.
"Sabagay. Hindi kasi namin naranasan yan e." Mapang assr kong sambit.
"Malamang. Abay itinali mo naman kasi agad paano ngang mararanasan." Depensa ni Atlas.
"Ganon kasi dapat." Biro kong muli.
"Kaùtuan mo. Pag narinig ng asaaa mo yan outside de kulambo ka nanaman." Nakangising sambit ni Atlas.
"Walang sumbungan. Pag ako ns outside de kulambo talaga, hindi na kita tutulungan gàgo." Tumatawang pag babanta ko kay Atlas.
Mahirap na, baka imbis na makaisa ako talagang outside de kulambo ang mangyari.
