“What is happening?” Alpha Aiden shouted.
“We are being watched,” Hamish replied, not sure if he should keep Ronnie with him, or send her to a safe room. At the moment, he did not know who he could or could not trust. He did not have time to ponder and think through the options, so he made the split decision that his mate would be safer beside him.
“Stay close to me,” Hamish gave his mate a pointed look, that she knew not to argue with and bobbed her head.
