The slight thud sounds of fingers gliding across a keyboard filled the air, as Hamish sat, at Ronnie’s computer desk, his face a mask of concentration. His skin looked slightly pale, and the furrow on his brow was not just from his hyperfocus, but a sign of the inner turmoil the Nerdy Prince was experiencing.
For the past three days, Hamish had thrown himself into work, perfecting Ronnie’s program, along with research on the next financial target’s for the C.U.N.T.S. However, unlike when he was single and in this mindset, now he had a mate, the Nerdy Prince did take time to lie on the bed, holding her to his chest until she drifted off to sleep.
