Dylan shot him a sidelong glance. "Stop poking your nose into my matters."
Jacob smiled unctuously. "I was just curious. Miss Rose has been by your side for so long. I think she's a much better choice."
"Jacob." Dylan didn't raise his voice, but there was an inexplicable coldness to it. Jacob shuddered and was about to explain when he met Dylan's indifferent gaze. "Since you're so interested in my private affairs, why don't we sit down and have a nice talk?"
Jacob broke out in a cold sweat and smiled awkwardly. "No, thank you, sir."
At this moment, the elevator came to a stop. Jacob hurriedly took a step back to put some distance between them.
