Despite not being able to see anything, Emily continued to look out the window after hanging up.
"Mummy..." Blake called.
She turned and smiled at him. "What's wrong?"
Blake ran over to her and wrapped his arms around her legs. "Mummy, now that Noel's asleep, can you give me a bath?"
She pinched Blake's cheek and said dotingly, "Sure."
Blake smiled cheerily and held onto the hem of Emily's clothes. He couldn't help feeling excited that he could have some alone time with Emily.
