CHAPTER 10   Bracing myself, I rapped my knuckles against my boss’s door. I waited for a second before his gruff reply came through. I let out a deep breath before walking inside, my eyes falling on him lounging against his chair.   “Yes?” He looked up from the open file before him.   “I was going to make your coffee but I wasn’t sure how you like it,”   “Black, two spoons of sugar and very hot,” Why did every word that slipped off his lips caress my ears like a touch of sin?   “I’ll bring it right away Sir,”   I hurried off to the kitchen and only breathed once I got there.
