I didn't try to think about where they were taking me. It didn't really concern me. I was along for the ride or whatever else they had in store. What did they want, ultimately? I had no idea and it irked me. I wanted to sigh in relief after I spoke with the guys. I wanted to be giddy. I wanted to laugh out loud but I couldn't tip my hand to those around me.
I could feel a thread of connection to Morgan and Zander humming like a live wire. I knew they were together and traveling. I actually felt them getting closer to me. It was weird feeling this pull, to them, from them. Knowing all I had to do was concentrate a little and I could communicate with them. It was amazing but I had to hide it from those around me. It would be very bad if they figured it out. I wasn't a good actress,
