“Ezra is distracted.” Alpha John continued calmly. “Everyone in this pack can see it.”
“You mean his mate.” Marcus said. Alpha John did not hesitate.
“Yes.”
“He’s letting personal attachment cloud his judgment.” Alpha John continued. “And while he spends his time protecting an omega girl who should never have been allowed near the Luna position in the first place, Christopher is testing our borders.”
My heart started pounding harder in my chest because there it was. Blame. It had taken him less than two days to start pushing it.
