The signs had always been there. Jason Simpson was a weak man but a bully to his staff, with no strong management capabilities it was a mystery how he had managed to rise through the ranks of the finance company to the position he now held. Tiffany had joined the firm in January and after three months of secretarial duties to Sarah Sharpe, the head of Human Resources, she had been transferred to Jason’s team to cover a maternity leave which also included a pay rise which she was extremely grateful for.
