It made me really leery and concerned for the young Adley's mental well-being. Adley was a sweet young one who was a great help here in the pack house. When we had our Gatherings, she would go to the Sustenance Closet and help to prepare drinks and snacks and then bring them to us. I watched as she started passing out these beverages, one to each of the pack members as we were having our Gathering.
One thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that I did not know what was said that had caught her off guard to make her gasp like that.
