The four of them tie their bag to the saddle, using the ties, and then swing their legs over their horses and turn from the stable and walk their horses across the meadow meant for grazing. Soon they get to the gate, and Calista opens it from her horse and swings it open. After everyone has come through she closes it, and latches it again.
“You have done well in your lessons. I am impressed.” Magnus says winking at her. Calista smiles, but feels her cheeks burn.
