Calista watches out of the window quietly as they drive down the road, and pass through the gate. As they drive closer to the city, Calista begins getting nervous. Sarah looks over at her, and says, “What is wrong?” She asks. Calista turns to look at her, “I have never left the pack land. I’m a little nervous.” She says. “You’re more pale than usual. I thought you were gonna be sick for a minute.”
“You have been out before, what is it like? I heard it’s a human city.” Calista says feeling a little calmer.
“Yes, it’s a small human town, we trade with them. Our beef, and produce is sold in the grocery store. They are nice, and they know about us. But, some are scared, and avoid us.” Sarah says.
“We are going to a mall. I’ve never been to one before.” Katie says joining the conversation
