I was roused from sleep by knocking on the door that was far too loud for my liking. Groaning, I drug a pillow over my head and burrowed further under the covers. My head throbbed painfully as the knocking came again before the door opened. "Anita, your father's asked me to summon you." Sophie's voice rang out, and I groaned again. I did not want to leave the comfort of my bed. It shouldn't have surprised me when yanked my covers off of me, and I curled against the cool chill that ran over my body. I felt sick. "I know you're probably miserable, but it's a busy day, and you can't keep your father waiting." As much as I didn't want to admit it, I knew she was right. I sat up begrudgingly and stretched, wincing at the ache in my muscles. I slowly got out of bed and made my way to my closet
