“Please do not do this to me,” mocked a high pitched squeaking response from one the guests in the living room.
Richard was blindfolded but knew it was Bruce Worthington, his nemesis at the office. Bruce is a 25 year old blue eyed blond somewhat formal and snobbish college graduate who has been in competition with Richard for the soon to be vacant position of office manager. Bruce made no attempt to hide his resentment of the fact that Richard, only a high school graduate but the son-in-law of the owner of the business would probably be selected.
