Julien reached his mothers old pack in just a few days time. He had taken the scenic routes up to the Northern Border Pack, where his grandparents still lived. Even in early September, the winds this far north were already carrying a chill. Julien sucked in long deep breaths of the crisp air, delighted to know it meant the turn of the season once more. From the heat of summer to the cozy days of fall- the season he knew his Luna loved most. His heart ached with every thought of Charlie, but deep down he had an unshakeable belief that it would all work out in the end.
