“My man,” Alexander pulled me into his arms and hugged me tightly before I could refuse his farewell embrace. “I am going to miss you so much.”
“Let go of me right now!” I ordered.
He laughed and pushed me aside. “Still the same grumpy Alpha,” he teased, walking past me to grab Sapphire’s hand. “I shall be at your wedding, Luna.”
“Thank you for your hospitality,” Sapphire lowered her head. “We will be expecting you.”
“If you change your mind and don’t want this grumpy man,” he pointed towards me, “my Beta Zane is available for you.”
Zane. Just his name made my blood boil. It sounded too much like Dane’s, which only fueled my hatred.
“Silver is here,” I announced and yanked Sapphire’s hand free from his. ''My mate and I will take our leave now.”
Alexander laughed and jumped
