I stood beside Silver, gazing through the glass panel that offered a clear view of the training area below. I had been watching her training tirelessly for four months, driven by her desire for revenge. I should have announced to everyone that she would become the Luna, but I felt she was not ready yet. For Sapphire, getting revenge on those who had hurt her was her main purpose, which was the same as mine, but even though she was training hard, I believed she was not ready to face her enemies.
Silver had kept me informed about her progress, and watching her again through the glass panel showed that she was improving. ‘’I didn’t expect her to adapt so quickly,’’ he commented. ‘’ Sapphire has improved at an astonishing rate.’’
