Chapter Twenty-Three Crockpot Barbeque Pulled Pork Sandwiches 2 lbs Pork Roast with 1 ½ cups water. Cook on low overnight or until meat shreds easily. Then add barbeque mixture and cook on low for 4 hours. 1 chopped onion, 2 diced green peppers, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp. paprika, 1 cup ketchup, 1 Tbsp ground dry mustard, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 4 Tbsp brown sugar, ½ cup water.
