Chapter Seven Homemade Wholesome and Healthy Granola 1 ½ cups rolled oats, ¼ cup craisins, 1/3 cup slivered almonds, 2 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp wheat germ, 1 Tbsp flaxseed, 1 Tbsp Chia seeds, 1 ½ tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients together. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow granola to cool. Makes 2 ½ cups.
