Elizabeth had told me a funny joke we were giggling. The new student sat next to me and I felt bad because he probably thought we were giggling at him. The teacher came over to our group table which was me and Elizabeth.
"Hi girls this is Geoffrey he will be sitting in your group," said the teacher
"Okay Miss Zavala," me and Elizabeth said
"Hi Geoffrey my name is YN and this is Elizabeth I said
"Hello YN and Elizabeth nice to meet you," said Geoffrey smiling at them.
Miss Zavala gave your lesson which was about learning the Alphabet so that we could learn how to write our names. When her lesson was over it was time for recess.
"YN and Elizabeth could you two please show Geoffrey around the school," said Miss Zavala
"Sure" I and Elizabeth replied.
Elizabeth and I showed Geoffrey around the school and we played on the swings. The bell rang so we went back to class and Miss Zavala kept teaching the class her lesson. When school was over I waited with Elizabeth outside the class to get picked up by my brother Joel. Once Joel or JJ as like to call him. He arrived to pick me from school when he gave me a hug.
"Ready to go home enana(shorty)" he told me.
That's when Elizabeth's mom came to pick her up she said "Bye" YN and Joel. I and JJ said "Bye" and we walked home.
