The next day at Dynamics Corporation, Stefan was busy with his paperwork when Kai entered the office carrying some files.
"Good morning, Mr. Stefan," he greeted, glancing around for Dorothy, but she wasn’t nearby. "Here are the employee performance analysis reports you requested," he said, placing the files on the table.
Stefan took one of the files and began going through it. It contained a list of employees, their pictures, and brief background and performance evaluations. If an employee had a red mark, it meant they were not qualified enough to continue working at the company.
"Let these people know they can’t continue working here. Make sure they submit their resignation letters to the HR office immediately, or they’ll be fined for delaying," Stefan ordered.
"Yes, sir," Kai nodded
