Emily nodded, her eyes never leaving Vanessa's face."How long do you think it will take for her to recover?"
"It's hard to say," Dr. Hayes replied."Each case is different, but we're looking at weeks, possibly months, of physical therapy and support. The most important thing is that she has a strong support system. She'll need a lot of patience and encouragement."
