Chapter 27 (Abducted)
EVIARAH
I woke up and I felt like my head is going to split in half. I am slightly shivering from cold that seems to seep on my system all the way to my core. I touched my forehead and let my fingers relieve my pain by drawing circles and applying pressure at the same time until my vision cleared but sadly the pain in my head and the stiffness of my muscles never subsided.
Then I almost jumped out to my bones when I realized that I am not home. I am in a place that is so strange from me and I was never been in this kind of places even before – dim, cold, and ancient looking. If I am just dreaming right now then I bet I have time travelled to a different era. I scanned the area using my eyes and I slowly sat on the bed.
The red silk duvet rolled down to my waist
