Chapter 13

Hello readers, I apologise for such a long delay in releasing a chapter. I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder with extensive erosions to my wrists and, unfortunately, I have been experiencing a lot of flare-ups in between my last chapter release. I have also been trying to seek some medical opinions about whether the treatment prescribed for me is the right treatment. This meant lots of visits to hospitals and to GPs as well.
I have now managed to finally decide whether the treatment prescribed to me is the correct one and am just currently sorting out my bi-weekly blood tests and anything else needed as part of my ongoing chronic care plan. Hopefully, this will help reduce my flare-ups and that I can write more. I want to thank you all for reading my novel so far, and I apologise it is a short chapter for today. I will do my best to write a longer one when I release my next chapter! There will be some exciting new developments in the coming chapters, so make sure to stay tuned for the next few updates!

I had rushed back to my pack when I felt better after three people broke their links off. I had rushed to get to the witch and now I had to rush back to get back to the pack. I could not get hold of Noah initially and when I finally got back hold of this i***t, he did not even know who had left! Incompetent fool! Both Callum and I had to rush back once I gave my instructions to the witch Bianca. She laughed at me saying “trouble in paradise?” I threatened her that if she does not deliver, I will kill her beloved and her daughter. That did shut her up.
Both Callum and I had to rush back, we ran in wolf form so that we could get back more quickly, and it would shorten our timeframe in getting back. When I had got back to Noah, Mia, Lucy, and Chase had disappeared. I was furious and went on a rampage. Noah had seriously f*****d up. I could not believe that Mia had disappeared! Chase of all people that I thought could be trusted had disappeared. I wondered if Mia had anything to do persuading Chase. I could not sense any wolf from her though when I was torturing her, that was the whole reason I had gone to the witch. I wanted to bring Mia’s wolf forward so I could fast track my plan.
I nearly beat Noah to death when I went into a rage, but he promised he will find them and that he already had our rogues looking into it and they were the best trackers. Still, I was livid that he let Mia out of his sight.
Present
I asked for Courney to come to my office as I really needed the release. She knocked on the door and I told her to come in. Then, I grabbed Courney by the neck and slammed her against the wall whilst kissing her so roughly, which she reciprocated back. I grab her again and threw her onto my table and grabbed her arms behind her back. With my one arm free, I freed my throbbing d**k and ripped her panties off and just plunged it in. She moaned out my name as I continued to thrust inside her hard. It did not take long for Courtney to start screaming my name as I continuously slammed into her wet p****y. Flipping her on her back and without missing a beat, I found her entrance and continued slamming into her. “Alpha James, I am about to c*m!” Courtney panting as she was going to find her release. “No not yet, you will wait until I say you can.” I responded back to her. As I was trying to find my release, I thought of all the things I would do to Mia once I had found her. Not long after I released all my seeds into Courtney, both of us trying to catch our breath. “Now get out, I have work to do” I told Courtney. She obliged and quickly got dressed and left my office. She knew I was in a foul mood.
I mind linked for Noah to come to my office. Noah knocked on my office door and walked in. “So, have you managed to find them yet?” I said to Noah. “No, not yet Alpha James, but there have been talks about 2 males found dead in a motel room, apparently, the previous occupiers were a male and two females, who looked to be his daughters.” Noah responded back to me. “We need to track them down as soon as possible! Fix this mistake!” I roared at Noah. Noah bowed at me and left my office. I thought what a blood incompetent fool.
Noah POV
I knew I had messed it up bad when I left the office. Thank the moon goddess that those rogue trackers had gotten back to me, otherwise I think I would die the next time I make a mistake. I needed to make sure I could deliver but I had also heard that there was a small up and coming pack that was being assisted by the Night Moon Pack. Rumours were that this new small pack was a former pack member of the Crescent Moon Pack. I know Alpha James had something to do with it, but I dare not tell him yet until I could get more concrete information if I wanted to redeem myself in Alpha James’ eyes.
Hopefully, those rogues will bring me some good news in the next few days. In the meanwhile, I will do a little more digging into this new pack before I present the information to Alpha James.
