The perspective is the same as it was at first—omniscient—taking in the beautiful atmosphere and the loud sounds and the high definition. But, looking out at the water, I see something new: the girl underneath the waterfall isn’t just struggling to breathe, but struggling to reach someone else. The perspective pans like a television camera, searching for the person the girl is struggling to find. When it does, I see that he is just like her, a blur surrounded by high definition, with the same dark hair and stark-naked body, treading water. But he isn’t underneath a waterfall.
