"Huh?" Emily was bewildered. "Go down?"
'What does he want?' she thought.
Seeing her wary expression, James let out a cold snort. "My ring fell in."
"Oh..." Emily felt a bit awkward. She glanced at the pool, and then looked down at her dress. After a moment's hesitation, she stepped to the edge and scanned the water for the ring.
She couldn't help but feel like James was doing this on purpose.
But he was the high and mighty CEO. It seemed odd that he'd summon her just to give her a hard time.
She hadn't done anything to offend him, after all!
'He is such a monster,' Emily sighed inwardly.
