Chapter 21: Phillip POV I was still by the entrance of the cave when I heard the attack. Gunfire. Arrows. My men howling in agony. I dropped to the ground near a pile of bodies. Within minutes my army was dead. I waited to see if our attackers would show up. I crawled along the ground, keeping a low profile. I snaked my way to a tree and climbed it. I was covered in blood, not that it bothered me. I saw from the tree that there was a group of humans with weapons on the cliff. Hunters! Damn it! I continued to hide in the tree as I saw Lily, her mother, and the human meeting with the hunters. I held back my rage and growls. These mutts were shaking hands and hugging like they weren't only a few yards away from the bodies of my men. I wanted to crush them but I was tired and outnumbered. I
