Lateef chuckled. “We are in danger.” “Ya think?!” Sprinkle barked from behind. They were in a corridor which curved to the left, though only slightly. They followed the curving hall all while hearing yells coming from back where they had come from. Though his mind was empty, his heart still held sway, and so he glanced back to see Borislava and Lateef running after them. Lateef was pulling her along by the hand and carrying Sprinkle in his other arm, his backpack bobbing up and down on his shoulders. Lateef’s sturdy frame never failed to surprise. Winc
