Jack no longer felt the same about skin burns. Only a day ago, he would have said that the burning was worst thing he had ever experienced, and yet, at that moment, he was happy to feel it. It meant he had not been killed. Shaking his head, though, Jack knew he couldn’t just stay there. He grabbed the slightly slashed cloak and got moving.
