FIONA'S POV:
Another day brought another training with Arthur. After he'd concluded our lessons yesterday, he'd let me know that today was going to be the real training.
The moment that we exited the mansion, it felt like my senses were trying to capture everything at once.
I could hear the chirping of birds, the conversation of the people around me.
The world seemed brighter and clearer, maybe too bright, and different scents assaulted my nose at once.
“Remember, put up a shield to block out the things you don’t want to hear or smell, and concentrate on the ones that you want to.” Arthur said by my side.
It didn’t seem to be working good enough today, because no matter how much I tried, it only seemed to get worse and worse.
