By the time I manage to catch up with Patricia, she has just had an accident.
I arrived too late. I park my car on the side of the road and throw my car on her car.
Me: Patricia!
My voice is tinged with sadness. I pull her out of the vehicle. I check, fortunately she still breathes. The smoke is huge. I have no idea what's going on there but it's not normal. There is a lot of fuel spilled on the ground too.
I pick her up and put her in the back of my car.
Me: Hold on baby, we're already getting to the hospital.
I get in the car to start it. I put the key in the car. As soon as I start the car explodes into flames.
I grab my head with my hands. What would have happened if Patricia had stayed in that car one more second.
