“Why are you so worked up all of a sudden” I said to her as I hold her shoulder
“Why are you so upset with them?”
“Did they offend you or something?” I densely ask
“No!” She upsetly said
“Then why are you acting like that?” I densely ask
She rolls her eyes at me then started walking
“Good luck bro!” Vermillion said as he taps my shoulder then the other three did the same thing
“What did I do?” I densely ask as I follow them
I start shaking my head out of it then follow then I follow them. I observe Margaret, Thalia, and Teodosia because their glare at each other are like daggers. We arrived at the parking lot and I still didn’t get what their fuss was all about. I did ask the twins but they said I should figure it out for myself. This feeling sucks, I started overthinking about it Ahhhhh!!!
“Emre if you can hear me please shower me with divine wisdom and knowledge so I can figure this thing out. It’s too frustrating!” I ranted inside my head
We soon arrive at Margaret’s place
Margaret opens the door for us and with a pleasant smile on her face she said
“You guys go ahead and make yourself comfy. I still need to talk to these two”
The twins grab hold of my arms then pull me inside.
“There is nothing to see here so let’s go!” They excitedly said
“Oh dear, oh dear looks like someone is getting insecure”
“Well good luck ladies I hope you straighten things out” Vermillion said then he enters the house
“Oh yeah one more time please refrain yourselves in making a fuss okay”
“We all know that Ramon is super dense and has not clue about the situation so please do us a favor and don’t fight over him”
“Well I’m out. May Ramon find a liking in you three” Vermillion teased then he shuts the door
“So, what do you want to talk about?” Teodosia ask
“Don’t play dumb, we all know that you also have feelings for Ramon so there is no point in hiding it” Margaret pissedly said
“So you knew” Teodosia reacted
“Of course we knew”
“We can easily read your actions but there is nothing wrong with it” Thalia said
“And as for you! You’re just new here and you’re acting awfully close to him already”
“Know your place transfer student” Margaret said
“Oh! Is that so? If I were you I just shut my mouth because you know nothing about us”
“Just to inform you I was the one who dated him first in fact we even made out” Thalia sounding so arrogant
“Nonsense!” Margaret shouted
“What she’s saying are all true Margaret” someone coming from the front door
“And why are you two here?” Margaret pissedly ask
“Well you want to straighten things out between Ramon’s lovers, right?”
“You kinda forgot me” Darryl Lyn said
“Don’t mind me I am not your foe”
“I am just here to support my sister and to stop you all incase it gets messy” Cherry Lyn said
“So how do you want to settle this?” Thalia said
“How about an elimination battle? We are all God candidates, right? Except for you of course” Margaret pertaining to Darryl Lyn
“Well that sounds great especially if you’re a magic user and able to keep up with Sir Draco” Teodosia ranted
“Why scared that you can’t beat me?”
“Afraid that you’ll lose?” Margaret teased
“Well considering the arena and time we are going to battle. We all know that you have the upper hand”
“You are a spirit user after all” Teodosia said
“Why want me to give you a handicap so you’ll stop whining already” Margaret teased
“No thanks, I know I can beat you easily”
“I do know what your capabilities are and I think I can manage” Teodosia confidently said
“Well what about you Argra One?”
“Do you have any objections? Violent reactions?” Thalia ask
“I don’t have any problem regarding the duel but I do want to know why did you change identity and decided to come back here” Darryl Lyn ask
Thalia giggles then said
“Now is not the time to tell my side I’ll just let you know some other time”
“Let’s get back to business shall we?”
“Sure, I hope you are true to your word”
“About the last one standing, don’t mind me even if you three are so called god candidates I don’t mind facing you head on” Darryl Lyn seems full of herself
“So we don’t have any objections then?”
“How about we all settle this during an event” Margaret proposed
“And what is this event you are speaking of?” Thalia ask
“We all know that the headmistress is conducting an event to find suitable candidates for the inter university face off, correct”
“How about the one that gets in the team of representative is the winner” Margaret proposed
“But we can’t guarantee that only one of us will make it”
“Happens if all of us get in?” Teodosia said
“Then we will settle the score in whoever wins in the tournament”
“Surely that will be enough to end this dispute” Darryl Lyn said
“Works for me” Thalia said with a smug look on her face
“Looks like someone is thinking highly of themselves” Cherry Lyn inserted
“Yeah and I remember that the Utopia clan always represents the school back at Folore Academy”
“Sound fishy to me but sure let’s see what I’m made off” Darryl Lyn said
“I like the sound of that! That’s the spirit” Margaret reacted
“I think we are done here. We should join the rest inside” Teodosia said
The ladies all head inside and directly went to the kitchen
“So how did you settle your little dispute ladies?” Alexandra ask
The twins, Thalia, and Teodosia where all to see Alexandra sitting on the table
“Ma’am?” Thalia reacted
“All of you take your seat” Alexandra ordered
The ladies quickly take a seat
“You two are awfully silent” Thalia whispered to Vermillion
“Who wouldn’t!”
“The ladies that is seating in front of us now is the Diablo user herself Alexandra De Villa”
“I didn’t know that both of them are related” Vermillion whispered
“Food is ready!” I shouted
“Let me help you prepare the table!” The ladies eagerly requested
“Sure I do need some help”
“Thanks” I said
After setting the table we all went to our respective seats
“Sorry for the small dining space”
“We don’t usually have a huge number of visitors especially royalty”
“Sorry” Alexandra apologized
“LOL, you don’t have to feel sorry in fact we are honored to be at the same table as the Diablo user herself and a member of the Trinity” Vermillion said
“You really know your ways into capturing the hearts women the future demon lord and a great descendant of Asmodeus himself” Alexandra said with a smile on her face
“EHEM!!” Margate reacted catching everyone's attention
“What do you mean the future demon lord?”
“Just so you know sis I am also a candidate for the next demon lord” Margaret seems full of herself
“Stop talking nonsense sis”
“It’s called the demon lord not the devil lord”
“Our race is not worthy of such title” Alexandra said
“Shouldn’t you be proud of me?” Margaret shouted
“Of course I am proud of you but I am telling you that our race is not worthy of such title”
“Believe me or not I am also a candidate before but it turns out my opponent is monstrous”
“I’ve spent my entire life just to attain the mark of a god candidate but turns out it is already decided” Margaret seems pissed
“Who did you go up againsts?” I asked
“Father”
“But she was just a teenager back then” Vermillion said
“Well I was kinda cocky back then”
“Like I thought I could do anything” Margaret said with a nostalgic smile on her face
“If I didn’t attack the demon realm all by myself I think I could give the demon lord a run for his money”
“I was jucked up the moment I reach him”
“His eyes are cold but the moment you look deep into it your body starts to heat up until you can’t take it anymore”
“His strength is unparalleled and his magic is something you should not dealt with”
“And to think you’re up against his son. History might repeat itself” Alexandra warned
“Aren’t you a bit too harsh on your little sister Alex?” I said
“Let’s be real Ramon”
“You’ve seen what this kid looks like, right?”
“He’s like a living nightmare and he is still young which means his power has plenty of time to improve” Alexandra said
“But so does your sister”
“Look Alex if you are so sure that Vermillion will be the next demon lord it’s fine but can you please motivate your sister instead? She is family after all” I said
