[Kaarmanet, Frosliure Palace]
As the light refracted off of my mate all I could see was nothing. The shadow that was lurking over him just a moment ago was now nowhere to be seen. That scared me more than anything.
"Applepie?" Rebh called waking up from my scream, "What's wrong?"
"I... I saw something," I squeaked out, still gripped by fear frozen to my spot.
"What did you see?" He asked getting up.
It was then that my scared mind registered Rebh's appearance. He stood up on the other side of the bed, where the shadow had been, I saw his bare chest while I clearly remember him sleeping with a red shirt on.
"What happened to your shirt?" I quired, not answering his question earlier.
"What about it?" He asked as he looked at his bare torso and looked up just as shocke
