I fell for Orion. I forgot about my plans. I forgot about Klaus.
Orion had me wrapped around his finger without even trying.

The entire pack loved him. My parents adored him. Even my mother—who was usually cold toward outsiders—treated him like he belonged in our family. He had a way of making people trust him, of making them feel safe.
