I decided to give the girls some time alone while I wrapped up a few tasks in my home office, working on both my phone and laptop. Managing the Onyx Pack came with its own pile of paperwork, but balancing it with company responsibilities made it all the more demanding. Thankfully, I had systems in place—and a Beta who, despite being distracted lately, remained dependable.
Today, construction materials for Oakland Supermall been inspected. The foundation work had finally begun, which felt like a victory in itself after weeks of planning and coordination. Orion and Zion were on site to supervise the early stage of development.
