Reid’s POV
My alarm goes off just like it does every morning, but for the first time I am in no hurry to start my day. I don’t want to go about my usual routine, I just want to stay with the naked woman in my bed. Makenna looks adorable as she sleeps, curled up on her side with her bare back exposed where some of her dark hair runs down her skin. I don’t want to wake her up, but I want to be closer to her. I send a quick text to my assistant letting her know that I’ll be in the office late today, then I slide closer to Makenna wrapping my arm around her waist as I spoon her sleeping form. She smells amazing and I’m savoring the feel of her smooth skin. We only get to lay like that for a few minutes before I hear an obnoxious ringing sound.
