Lea's p.o.v
So after finding out that I'm pregnant last night I realized that today was the deadline!
So imagine how the office was people were scrambling about because Mr. Maras was coming to see the advertisement that we had made for his hotels. He would be arriving soon so I had to make sure my boss looked good and everything was good.
I had met up with the different department heads and made sure that everyone was prepared and if they weren't prepared they would not only face my wrath but the bosses so it was safe to say that everyone had somehow gotten their s**t together and now it was only nerves that made everyone act like monkeys on crack.
I had made so many copies that the copy machine was my newest best friend and that room was the only one that I could relax in! I finished everything that I needed to do and made sure that the meeting room was well put together.
What was the devil doing while everyone was scrambling around you ask. I went to his office to give him some donuts because they would calm him down and guess what I find. He was having s*x with the trainer that he cheated on his wife with. He had made a promise to her that he would stop the affair but I guess not because they were going at it like two rabbits.
I did the only thing my mind told me to do. I called his wife. She and I became friends after a while because she realized that I had no interest in her husband and all the money that he had wouldn't make me sleep with him.
"Hello Mrs. Good, this is Azalea I think that you need to come and fetch your husband" I said on the line.
"What did he do now?" Mrs. Good said.
"The trainer is here and they're working out if you know what I mean" I said.
"That little bastard Lea take pictures I can use it as evidence for my divorce! I'm down the street I'll be there in 3 minutes!" Mrs. Good said.
Since I've done my job. I went back to Mr. Good's office and used my ninja skills to take pictures of those two. I made sure to take pictures of the ring on his finger and get different angles.
I did my part and went back to my desk.
No sooner had my butt sit in my chair in came Mrs. Good raging like a bull. Everyone knew why she was here and we all tried not to look at her and look like we were busy. We waited for her to walk into the office and then everyone went silent in order to hear what was going to happen.
My desk is right by the door so I had a front row seat to all the action. Luckily for me the door was wide open so I could see everything. Some of my other coworkers who had more balls than the others came and stood by me so that they could get a better view. Others were really quiet and tried to crane their necks to see from their desks.
"Herald why is this b***h in your office?" Mrs. Good screamed.
"Jessica it isn't what it looks like she just came in and kissed me!" Mr. Good said.
"Likely story why are you undressed? Uh, why is she undressed as well!" Mrs. Good said.
"Uhm Delilah please put some clothes on." Mr. Good said.
"Yeah b***h put some damn clothes on and get the f**k out of here before I beat you within an inch of your life!" Mrs. Good.
"Look here b***h your husband is the one who called me and hit on me! Get your husband in check because he strays." Delilah said.
"Herald put this b***h in check before I put her in check!" Mrs. Good shrieked.
Well damn, s**t is getting real! I chuckled at how funny this was, when it's happening to someone else this s**t is hilarious!
Mrs. Good grabbed some books from the bookcase and started throwing them at the two.
I quietly chuckled at her actions but was supporting her. Even though they were getting a divorce she was still willing to give him one last chance to change but he messed up yet again.
Delilah charged at Mrs. Good and tackled her. One of my coworkers was video taping the whole fight and I would need a copy.
Mrs. Good started beating up Delilah. They rolled on the ground and were fighting each other. It surprised me that Mrs. Good was winning. She always gave off a posh vibe so I was really surprised that she could fist fight!
Mr. Good called security and they came in and dragged the two women away from each other. They escorted Delilah out of the building and then closed the door so that no one could see what was going on inside the door.
I talked to my coworker who was video taping the fight.
"Hey Jack" I said.
"Hey Azalea what's up?"
"Can you send me the video?"
"Yeah but I don't have your number"
"Give me your phone" I said. He handed me the phone and I typed my number, and then sent the video to myself.
"Thanks Jack" I said. Then proceeded to walk away.
"Hey Azalea you wouldn't mind if I texted you sometimes right?"
"Sure knock yourself out" I said.
Mrs. Good walked out of the office as though 5 minutes ago she wasn't fighting her husband's mistress. Yesterday was terrible for me but now that raised my spirits I mean at least I'm not the only one who's going through a tough time. Now after this incident Mr. Maras's assistant just called saying that they have just arrived.
"I walked into the Devil's den and told him that Mr. Maras has arrived. He didn't even look up at me when I was talking and didn't give me a response. He looked defeated and I felt no pity for him because he brought this on himself.
I've been in situations like this before unfortunately, he sometimes does this before important meetings and I have to take over.
I went and told the department heads that I would most likely lead the meeting and they weren't surprised. I reviewed all the notes that I took and Mr. Good's comments about the presentation.
Mr. Maras walked in and I stopped dead in my tracks. It was Kostas the father of my unborn child!
