Chapter 6

Livia POV

A wolf, you gotta be kidding me. Tristen is a wolf, what the hell is a mate. “Beautiful, this is my wolf. I’ll be honest with you he already loves you, and so do I” I heard in my head and Tristen is just staring at me. “What the-“ I said, okay not the weirdest thing I ever encountered. I’ve seen wolves before just never this tall. He is almost 8 feet tall, midnight black fur, and very beautiful green eyes. Either way it’s a wolf and not something I am supposed to mess with. “Livia says something, please you're making me nervous” there’s that voice in my head again. “Um how are you talking in my head?” I answered. I started to hear bones c***k and then there was a very naked Tristen in front of me. I close my eyes with my face turning as red as a tomato.

Tristen wraps his arms around me. “I can talk to you through a mind link. With you being my beautiful mate I can always communicate with you close by.” He said while lowering his head to where my shoulder meets my neck and said “Once I mark you here I’ll be able to mind link you from anywhere.” He kisses that spot and looks up at me. His eyes met mine and I just couldn’t help myself. I went up and kissed him on the lips. It was soft and sweet at first his arms tighten around my waist and I raise my arms up around his neck. Before I knew it we were breaking apart to take a breath.

“Okay so you're a wolf and human and you're also one more thing” I say while blushing deeper. “What’s the third thing?” He questioned me. Well if he didn’t know I could be blunt now he got his chance. “You are very comfortable being naked in public.” He looked at me then looked down and just started laughing. “Maggie told me you had a sense of humor,” Tristen said. After he let go of me he found some shorts and put them on while I just looked at the pile of clothes he left in the wide open. Should I say something or should I keep my mouth closed on questions and decisions. “Okay you do realize before you changed into the wolf you took your clothes off and left them in plan site to you know put back on when you were done” okay to blunt on my side. I looked at him and saw his eyes turn black and like nope not pissing off a wolf today I ran.

Tristen POV

I mind linked Maggie while she was talking and pointing towards my close. I wasn’t fully paying attention until my wolf started laughing at my calling me stupid. Then it clicked I literally had clothes ready for when I changed back. When I went to look at Livia her face went pale and next thing I knew she was running away. It didn’t even click into my head to follow her until I saw her run down the hill back to her house. Okay now I screwed up.
