Diana’s pov

“You are breathtaking honey!” Martha murmurs emotional as she gets inside and I stand up nervously.

“Really? Maybe it is not appropriate… I mean the King and Queen of vampires are coming and… Isn’t it too much?” I ask her worried and look at myself one more time.

I am freaking out and I am an i***t for not asking someone else’s help but I didn’t want to bother them and I also denied asking from the specialist to come because I don’t like it!

Victoria was very busy with the palace’s preparations, Nikki is constantly next to Robert because he really needs her at the hospital as she is going to take his place one day, Ellie is helping me, Jeremy and Daniel with everything we need and as for Alice…

Well, she is amazing and although everything is still new for her she is getting trained and helps Elias with his duties! She had no idea about all these because her father was keeping her locked in her room mostly but she is very clever and determinate to become the best she can and Elias is her biggest supporter! I also have a feeling that these two are going to take it further too soon and I am excited for them! We all can see how close they are now and there is a big difference in Elias. He is 11 years older than her, strong and imposing with experience and this is something that were scaring Alice at the beginning but he managed to use it in order to help her without pressuring her and the results are out of every imagination! Even Daniel admits that Alice is a very pleasing yet promising surprise and he likes her very much! Anyway…

Andrea and Peyton tried to help me I have to admit but soon they ended up fighting because they had different opinions and this made me more frustrated than I already was so I decided to leave them out of it for good and in the end comes Miss Violet…

This girl is unbelievable! She is running behind Aiden all the time except from when she is taking care of our family’s companies from distance. She reads contracts, signs them, talks with everyone, informs Luke and sends him everything with Fax. Daniel helped a lot as he gave her an office to work and she seems to be great because she didn’t want to leave back to England without Aiden. And as for this I have to say something else as Aiden decided to follow her and take my place as the pack’s Beta (if I stay here with Daniel) and of course Daniel agreed and Luke is more than happy for it with my dad and Violet’s agreeing immediately.

And this is why I am alone and no one really helped me decide what to wear and I am a mess! In some minutes from now Adam and Elena are going to be here and I am dying. Daniel is already getting dressed in his room next mine and he doesn’t dare to bother me because he knows how frustrated I am and respects it.

Well, as for the two of us… We are just fine but not so close because I keep on having nightmares with Grey and I try to keep some distance from Daniel. Work is also something that takes too much time from both of us and I am glad my dad came about 8 days ago and I am working with him as for the new counselors’ groups with Jonathan telling me his opinion as well.

I know that staying away from Daniel after the progress we have accomplished is unfair and he keeps on being caring and sweet with me but he is not pressuring me and I think he understands that something is wrong and he is giving me time but when I am frustrated I take it as a sign of ignorance and I deny approaching him first.

It is stupid of me, I know but…

I don’t know what is happening to me!

Fuck! I want him and at the same time I am trying to stay away from him but I have to be honest, it hurts and I miss him!

And Elena with Adam found the perfect timing! It’s the first time I am going to accompany Daniel in something so serious like this, I will be the palace’s main host because Victoria might have taken care of everything but I am the ‘Queen’ even unofficially and I am dying already, I don’t want to screw it up!

“Diana you are beautiful, the dress is perfect for the occasion, it is night anyway, they are coming for dinner and you are very elegant and royal!” she says and walks to me to pull up my zipper as it is on my back and I can’t do it on my own.

I sigh while staring at myself in the big mirror opposite of me and bite my lower lip.

I love the dress but maybe its color is too much or I am not used to it!

It is a dark red off shoulders mermaid formal dress with a not so deep side slide on my left leg. I loved it from the first moment I saw it and it is simple generally but what if the cut is too revealing? This is my only hesitation because I am sure for everything else. I decided to make a low, chic not so tight bun with some hair trades free as for my hair and my makeup is light and quite simple with a discreet warm rose eye shadow, black mascara and thin line of eyeliner, some rouge and dark red matte lipstick at the dress’ color. As for my shoes I choose a pair of silver elegant high heels and Victoria did something that made my heart melt… She made me a present, a set of silver jewelry with some crystals consisting of a necklace and a pair of earrings that are very beautiful and discreet.

Is it really good?

“Don’t worry baby, he is going to love it!” Martha whispers close to my ear and my skin shudders coming back to reality and understanding who she means.

Daniel…

“He loves everything about you so there is no way he has any problem with anything. He has no other option!” she continues and joins my side done with my zipper.

I blush watching her smiling at me with meaning and I lower my head sighing again.

I am so nervous and there is no doubt that I have to get used to this kind of things. I always hated proms and formal occasions and now I am stuck and I can’t avoid it!

“Diana, are you ready? I am!” Daniel shouts from his room and I jump up with Martha rolling her eyes.

“She is going to be downstairs in a second. Go down with the others, they are all waiting for you!” Martha replies saving me and I hug her relieved.

I just need some more seconds to calm down!

“Um, fine! Elena and Adam are going to be here in ten minutes! They are always very consistent, we have to greet them before they get in and welcome them in person!” he continues and I shake my head as Martha groans.

“We know Daniel! Just go, she is going to be in time!” she shouts angry and after some seconds I listen to the door closing and soon the main room’s door closes as well and I sit again on my seat in front of the makeup toilet.

“Baby, what is it?” she asks me worried and kneels in front of me.

Like I know exactly…

“I don’t know, everything feels wrong because I am not alright! Being so close to him with a wall between us at the same time is a torture and I am the one that is not breaking or climbing it! I don’t feel enough and…”

“Diana what are you talking about? You are more than enough and he is the first that knows it! Look at you! You are the most beautiful woman there is but this is not the only thing that is special about you! You are so strong and smart, with grace, kindness, generosity and experience! You are helping everyone but you are denying helping yourself and this is your only mistake!” she cuts me off and I stiffen looking at her in disbelief.

“I am denying giving him more as well…” I mutter and she takes my hands in hers.

“You are giving him more than you can imagine! And maybe you don’t want to admit that you are not allowing him to help you…” she says with meaning and I freeze.

This is the first time someone tells me a thing like this!

“She is right… He can help you calm down just like you do when he is not alright but you never tell him what you need!” Destiny says in sympathy and I close my eyes doing my best not to cry and ruin my makeup.

FUCK DIANA!

He can help me with my nightmares, he has proved it but I am keeping him away, I never ask his help even for work and I am trying to seem tough and strong unlike him! He has no problem to admit that he needs me and maybe this can be my problem because I am pressing myself too much!

Even my dad says that I am stubborn and I have to take a step forward. He is still quite enigmatic and he doesn’t tell me much but he shows more understanding than I do and I know he likes Daniel a lot from the way these two talk and behave each other.

“Martha…” I whisper and manage to open my eyes and look at her.

Her eyes are filled with love and pain. She loves Daniel and me very much although she knows me for some weeks and I trust her. She has a sweet soul and Victoria has told me lots of things about her! Her life was a living hell before Jonathan save her from her ‘mate’ that killed their son when he was born and then tried to kill her because he hated her father. She is grateful to them and Daniel took her son’s place in her heart but some days ago she told Victoria that now she has one more kid, me…

“I want to trust him and open up more but I don’t know how!”

“Live your every moment like it’s your last baby… You never know what is coming next so don’t delay something when you want it! The more you wait the more scared you feel!” she says while caressing my wrists and I nod thoughtfully.

“Come on my young Queen! Cheer up, head up and smile now! It is time for you to shine again, enough with all these worries and fears!” she states and stands up pulling me as well.

I fix my dress one last time and take a deep breath determinate. She gives me one last look to get sure I am perfectly fine and then caps my face in her hands and looks at me in the eyes.

“Alright! Remember, you call them with their names and no formalities because they are our friends, you don’t bow at all like Victoria and Elena, the Queens bow to nobody! Adam is going to bow to you and kiss your hand and the same thing is Daniel going to do to Elena!” she starts and I nod.

She and Victoria have told me everything and gave me a short book to read with the basics but I am so nervous that I need to repeat some things again.

“And Daniel and I go outside the palace to greet them first and bring them inside! We are also going to lead everyone at the dining room, Daniel and I take our usual seats but Adam is going to be on Daniel’s right and Elena next to me with Jonathan after Adam and Victoria after Elena!” I continue and she smiles pleased.

“Landon, Jeremy and the others with sit like before after Jonathan and Victoria. Your father, brother and Violet are also going to be there as royals because they are your family! Parker and the rest of the best fighters won’t attend you tonight because this is a private formal dinner! From tomorrow they will meet Elena and Adam!” she says next and I sign in understanding.

They are going to stay here for two days and last night they were to Caroline’s because they know her and they have good relationships with her as well! This is why they are coming here so late and only for dinner, because they are quite close and we will have time to spend and talk with each other.

“Yes, I remember everything!” I state and she kisses my forehead.

“Keep in mind that maybe Daniel and Adam leave to talk in private so you will have to do the same with Elena. Sometimes it will the four of you together but it’s not necessary and Victoria with Jonathan and the others are going to take part some other times, okay? Don’t worry, I know they are very warm and friendly although they are vampires!” she says in the end and I chuckle with her last comment.

“Alright! Let’s do it!” I state and Destiny howls proudly.

“Yes, my Queen!”

Third person’s pov

Daniel looked around him worried trying get rid of his nervousness and Landon tapped his back softly.

“Are you nervous? We know Adam and Elena, what is wrong with you?” he asked him and Nikki joined them with Ellie.

Jeremy was taking with Aiden, Violet and Alice while Victoria, Jonathan, Gideon, Robert and Elias were having their own discussion some meters away.

They were all dressed in elegant clothes, the women were more groomed than the usual with their dresses long, chic and specifically chosen for the occasion, their hair in different elegant hairstyles with a careful makeup and the men dressed with their formal suits.

Daniel didn’t reply immediately, he sighed and fixed his black tie that was annoying him because he never liked it and shook his head troubled taking his time.

“I am not worried about us but because I know how nervous Diana is!” he muttered and Nikki with Ellie smiled warmly in sympathy.

“What a caring and sweet mate you are Daniel?! I am impressed!” Ellie said proud of him and Nikki nodded taking Landon’s hand in hers.

“Calm down and stop being so worried Daniel! She can make it, it’s just the first time she is going to deal with duties like these and she never liked so many formalities!” Nikki spoke up and Landon nodded.

“I just don’t want her to feel like this, I mean…” Daniel began but Ellie stopped him.

She could see how much Daniel had changed and she couldn’t feel him so worried or sad for no serious reason. He was overreacting in everything related to Diana and it was sweet of him but at the same time wrong. He was her mate and she could understand him but from the other hand he had to relax because Diana was not a child and he wasn’t helping her like this.

“You have to relax and encourage her! You are distant the last days for no reason at all and we all have discussed about it! You have no problem but you have! You create problems from nowhere!” she said in frustration and Landon with Nikki seemed to agree with her.

“Ellie, she doesn’t want to talk to me about how she truly feels and I don’t want to pressure her! I don’t want to get her mad at me…”

“But you are not helping her either and she thinks you don’t care so much because this is the easy thing for her to believe!” she cut him off.

“Just ask her to let you help her when she is ready!” Nikki stated not giving him time to reply and Landon groaned in agreement.

“Bro, they are women and they know better! Do it and stop doing nothing! Take some action!” he said and Daniel got ready to talk but her sweet scent filled the atmosphere and he smiled excited.

“She is coming, see?” Ellie whispered with meaning as everyone stopped talking and gathered behind Daniel that was standing before the stairs.

They all wanted to see her, they were curious for her appearance but the one that couldn’t hold his impatience was Daniel!

The last days he was having a hard time because of the distance between him and Diana and at that moment he was overwhelmed and quite desperate. He needed her but she didn’t seem to need him, she had changed nothing in her behavior except from the fact that she was working very much now with her new duties but Daniel knew about her nightmares although he had no idea about their theme, Grayson.

He was listening to her sighing, murmuring some things and waking up every night but he was trying to be discreet and not tell her. She had shown him that she didn’t want his help and he was hurt but he wanted to respect her wish and wait from her to open up to him.

But Diana wasn’t looking so willing to tell him, it was like she wanted to keep him out of it and her life suddenly even though they had taken some steps before.

He could feel her nervousness, frustration and confusion, he wanted to help her but he didn’t know how and she wasn’t helping him understand, she was showing him no way!

“Forget about it now and later do what Ellie and Nikki told you!” Devon stated more confident and self collected than him and Daniel nodded breathless as Diana began appearing from the last stairs.

He opened his eyes widely the closer she was getting to him and once his eyes met hers he gasped too drown to her and took one step closer.

Everything and everyone around him disappeared immediately and Diana became his entire world.

He couldn’t exactly believe in his eyes because she was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen in his life and he thought he was dreaming for a moment.

She was walking down the stairs slowly, with calm, imposing aura, sweet yet confident smile, her eyes were shining and her dress was moving in harmony.

She was more like a Goddess for him, his Goddess and he didn’t want to hide it, he wasn’t even trying, he was too lost to react.

Diana from the other side was feeling her skin shuddering under Daniel’s gaze ignoring everyone else because she simply couldn’t focus on anyone else than him. The expression on his face was leaving her no doubt that he liked everything on her and the way he was staring at her were burning her skin getting in her soul in order to fill her with a sweet, peaceful warmth she had never felt till that moment.

Her heart was beating ready to explode in her chest and for a weird reason she wasn’t feeling nervous anymore. Daniel had taken every bad thought or feeling away and she smiled at him some steps before she reached him.

Their family and friends were smiling excited with some of them emotional or breathless while observing the scene in front of them and no one dared to move or talk scared of destroying Daniel and Diana’s moment.

Jonathan and Gideon were surprisingly the most touched of all! Gideon couldn’t take him eyes from the young woman he loved like no one else and he was ready to die for, his one and only beloved daughter and his wolf was howling ecstatic.

His little girl had taken the place she deserved so much and she was one step away from being happy. For Gideon, Daniel loved her and he was making great amends to win her heart and make her trust him and he had informed him about everything! He wanted to hide nothing from him and Gideon couldn’t stop from getting sure that he deserved a second chance and Diana had to soften and give him one. She had to overpass and fears first but she was the only one that could make it and he had no doubt that she loved him as well from the way she was looking at him.

Jonathan was proud of his kids, not only of Daniel but Diana as well! She was his daughter, his weakness already and watching her and his son softening and getting closer was a big relief for him.

Victoria and Ellie were quite calm considering their well known way of expressing their feelings and only Victoria wiped her tears discreetly with Ellie holding her breath next to Jeremy that was holding her hand in his. Landon and Nikki were smirking in understanding pleased being the most serious friends of Daniel and Diana while Alice couldn’t stop smiling enthusiastic next to Elias that was biting his lower lip in agony. Robert was more serious yet calm than everyone because of his experience in being composure and in the end it was Violet with Aiden. These two were holding each other’s hand tightly and their eyes were locked on Diana. They knew her better than their friends and it was obvious how ready Diana was to take her place not only as the Queen but as Daniel’s mate as well even though she was hesitating for the reason they knew.

Daniel raised his hand for her when she got three steps away from him and smiled as he observed her raising hers. She touched his palm’s bare, hot skin and they sighed from the sparks and the small fireworks that took place inside their bodies and Daniel led her next to him.

She blushed unable to take her eyes from his and he bowed to her without leaving her hand and kissed it sending another big wave of warmth all over her body.

“My Queen…” he whispered lost and she bitted her lower lip excited once he stood up again.

“Am I late?” she asked him typically already knowing that she wasn’t and he took one step closer to her.

“A Queen is never late!” he whispered and kissed her forehead trembling.

“You are gorgeous baby!” Victoria said taking a step forward unable to hold back for more and Diana smiled again.

“Thank you!”

“I think you should go outside… They will be here from second to second!” Landon stated on purpose wanting them to stay alone as it was clear they really needed to say more to each other and Jeremy nodded holding himself from smirking.

Daniel gave a quick look to everyone and then turned to Diana that seemed more ready than him. She was waiting for him to decide and it was enough to make him nod immediately not wanting to lose the opportunity to spend even some seconds alone with her before the dinner.

“Alright, we are going! Wait for us here…” he said shortly and they all nodded.

He turned with Diana’s hand in his and they walked to the door slowly leaving everyone behind but before they got out Diana turned her head and looked at her father.

She could feel his eyes on her and she looked like she was waiting for his approval that came instantly.

Gideon nodded with a big, proud smile and his eyes shining and she exhaled relieved doing her best not to cry. She could read her father’s expression and she was glad he was happy and proud of her, it was everything she always wanted, her father had done everything for her and she needed to feel him pleased with her decisions and actions.

She turned again and got out with Daniel next to her and the door closed. They took some more steps forward and stopped at the head of the long stairs. They were alone and the ten guards that were waiting for the car that would bring Adam and Elena were at the garden’s door away from them.

The night was beautiful, the sky was clear for the first time after lots of days of raining and the ground was still quite wet with its scent strong and relaxing. There were some stars on the sky and the moon was for once more not full but the general atmosphere was special and the discreet lights along the garden’s main corridor and around the enclosure were giving a warm yet romantic tone.

Daniel turned his body to Diana and she mimicked him slowly. She placed her free hand on his chest giving him a shy smile and hr wrapped his hand around her waist desperate to be closer to her.

They could listen to their heartbeats and for a second she froze feeling his heart even if her hand was not above it, it was beating so strong that she could feel it.

“You are stunning…” he whispered and she caressed his chest.

“And you are very charming, I love this black suit on you and I am impressed you wore a tie!” she replied smirking and he chuckled in a low tone.

“I had to… If I could avoid it I would!” he murmured and she shook her head in understanding.

“But still you are looking very handsome!” she complimented him shyly and he leaned closer to her.

She didn’t pull back, she said nothing, she just waited breathless for him praying he would kiss her.

From the other side he found himself too lost in her and felt his control disappearing affected from her presence.

“I missed you…” he whispered breathless not being capable of holding back.

“Prove it…” she replied challenging him knowing what would happen.

And she proved to be right…

He crashed his lips on hers in desperation with a hunger he was trying to keep under logical limits and wrapped both of his arms around her pulling her body closer to him.

She replied immediately and moved her one hand on the back of his neck while resting the other on his hard chest and moaned opening her mouth to give him full access.

The kiss turned passionate too soon with both of them losing themselves in each other and forgetting everything else. They began shaking and Daniel pressed her more on his body needing more closure and she gasped in his mouth getting ready to bury her fingers in his soft stylized hair but the noise of a car approaching brought them back to reality and she pulled back first panicked.

“They came…” she exclaimed and he groaned in agreement annoyed.

He was still frustrated from their kiss, he was trying to catch his breath cursing from inside him his bad luck and raised his fingers on his lips with Diana staring at him dizzy.

“My lipstick lasts for too long and it’s waterproof, you have nothing!” she murmured looking at him to get sure that his suit is fine and he sighed relieved

“You are perfect, don’t worry!” he said when she turned her interest to herself and she signed pleased.

They turned again to the stairs the moment the car passed by the entrance and got in the garden and Daniel took her hand in his again. They took a deep breath instinctually and put on their calm yet confident expressions.

“Are you ready?” Diana asked and he turned to her smirking.

“With you by my side I am always ready…” he replied, brought her hand on his lips to kiss it one last time and they began walking down the stairs.

The car had slowed down, it had made the half circle of the small fountain with the secret lights and when it stopped some seconds later Daniel and Diana were already at the end of the stairs waiting for a guard to open the car’s door for Elena and Adam.

Diana took one last deep breath and Daniel squeezed her hand gently and one of his most trusted guards walked quickly to the car, opened the pack seat’s door and bowed.

The next second a tall, brown haired man with hazel eyes, dressed in a dark grey suit around his 40’s sat his foot on the ground and raised his hand for a woman with black long hair tied up on a low elegant tail, big brown eyes, dressed in dark blue long chic dress at the same age with him. She got out of the car with grace, took one step forward with her mate doing the same and smiled warmly at the guard.

Diana smiled already liking the woman and when she and her mate turned to Daniel and her she tightened her hold around Daniel’s hand.

“Elena, Adam, we are glad you are here!” Daniel said first and he took one step to them.

“Thank you Daniel! You are happy we are here!” Adam replied and they gave a handshake smiling as Elena was staring at Diana in enthusiasm.

“This is Diana, my mate, I have told you about her!” Daniel stated proudly placing his hand on her back and she blushed.

Adam’s eyes travelled a bit on her but not in a rude or displeasing way and Elena looked at Daniel inquisitively.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you Diana!” Adam said and bowed to her while she raised her hand for him to kiss it.

“Elena…” Daniel continued and bowed to her kissing her hands shortly right after Adam and once the two men stood up again Elena took a step to Diana that didn’t seem nervous or out of her waters.

“You have no idea how excited I am to meet you Diana dear!” she exclaimed and hugged Diana catching her off guard before she managed to react.

“It is mutual Elena, Daniel has told me a lot about you!” she replied after the first short shock and hugged her back still surprised from Elena’s extremely friendly behavior.

Adam closed his eye at Daniel with meaning approving Diana completely in his way and Daniel bitted his lower lip proudly.

Adam and Elena were always telling him that he had to accept his mate no matter what because they knew he had rejected her and back then he was annoyed but now he knew they were right. When he had told them about Diana some weeks ago they seemed very happy and relieved for him and Elena couldn’t wait to meet Diana with Adam feeling the same way but as a man he was more patient and he was willing to wait but now…

They could see Daniel and his mate with their own eyes and they were ready to help them because Daniel had discussed some things with Adam and Elena as the clever woman she was could feel that something was wrong and she was sure that she would be able to listen to Diana and give her some advices.

“We were sure that we would meet such a special woman!” Adam stated after Elena and Diana broke their hug and Diana blinked her eyes confused while Daniel couldn’t stop observing her every move or expression.

“I don’t understand…” she muttered and Elena chuckled.

“You are special Diana and we knew it!” she replied and Adam nodded.

“I still don’t understand why! What did I do?” Diana asked her again more troubled than before.

“Because sweetheart...” Elena began emotional and paused to walk next to Diana.

“You are the woman that stole Daniel’s heart!”

~some hours later~

Diana’s pov

I get in my dressing room sighing heavily and close the door behind me.

I feel tired and my skin is burning!

It was one of the best nights of my life and I am surprised to feel so good with Elena and Adam even though I bearably know them!

Elena is a very sweet and simple woman and she made me feel comfortable from the first moment and Adam seems to be a descent, royal man that is serious sometimes but the same thing happens for Daniel when we are attending a formal occasion so I understand him. They are Kings and it is in their nature.

We laughed a lot, we talked about lots of things, the atmosphere was friendly and not so formal and Adam with Elena treated everyone like they are equal! I mean, they didn’t allow our friends and family to bow to them and Adam looked to have a special sympathy for my dad and as Daniel told me when we stayed alone before we get in our room he has told him about Gideon and Adam admires him.

“See? You did fantastic tonight!” Destiny tells me satisfied and I smile walking to my makeup toilet.

Maybe she is right but Elena and Adam’s behavior was a big help, not to mention everyone else’s!

“And what about Daniel?” I ask her impatient and she laughs.

“I am sure you know the effect you have on him! He was prouder than ever when he introduced us and during the dinner!”

“I am happy I saw him so excited!” I murmur blushing and take my hands to by back to unzip my dress slowly.

Thanks God I have flexibility or else…

I pull the zipper down in hurry but it soon stops because it is probably stuck on the fabric on its right or left and I sigh in frustration. I try to pull it a bit up and move it but I can’t, it has gotten stuck for good!

Shit!

How am I supposed to take the dress off now without cutting and destroying it?

I take a breath and try again but for once more nothing happens and I groan.

I just want to put on my pajamas and fall on the bed because I was worried for hours before the dinner and I feel exhausted!

Um… What do I do now?

I can’t leave to go to Nikki or Ellie and even Violet to help me and Martha is too busy, not to mention that it is late!

I sit on my seat and take off my necklace and the earrings thinking of what else I can do but nothing comes in my mind. I try one more time with no result and I curse when I realize that the only option I have is…

Tell Daniel!

FUCK! This is already killing me and…

I can’t stay with the dress and it is too narrow to try and take it off!

I stand up nervously already shaking and take a deep breath!

I hope he is still fully dressed!

“Daniel?” I shout ready to pass out from embarrassment and desire because I am aware of what it could happen.

“Yes?”

“Could you come and help me with the dress’ zipper? It got stuck!” I say and run my hands on my hair getting panicked without really knowing why.

“Yes, I am coming!” he replies and before I realize it he gets in and I jump up breathless.

He just want to kill me!

He is shirtless and I lock my gaze on his magnificent bare chest as he walks closer to me with his eyes darker than the usual from lust.

I don’t know anymore, this is awkward!

I move my gaze up to his eyes and I sigh lost when he reaches one meter away from me. His face’s features are tensed and I remember when he said that he missed me some hours ago and my trembling becomes more than obvious, it’s like I am a leaf.

I turn around not able to face him for more and I observe him from the mirror in front of me. I lower my head blushing more with my cheeks burning and when I feel him behind me I bite my lower lip to hold back a cry, moan, call it however you want.

For some seconds nothing happens and I stop trembling perking my ears not knowing how to react but then his hot breath hits my skin on my bare shoulder close to my neck and I shiver again one step away from moaning like crazy.

He just wants to kill me and…

Bullshit!

This is worse for him and I know it!

I feel his hands on my back and open my eyes timidly to see discreetly in the mirror what is happening.

He is leaned on my shoulder with his eyes dark and open already looking at me with pure lust and desire and I get paralyzed. His expression is wild, he looks like he is fighting with himself and I feel my barriers falling as he starts unzipping the dress’ zipper quite easily.

I hold my breath while the zipper reaches its end and I am still looking at Daniel staring at me and when he is done he doesn’t takes his hands off it with my back almost fully exposed to him now.

“Hold the dress… It might fall!” he whispers huskily one inch away from my skin and I nod shaking.

“Thank you…” I mutter and lower my head again avoiding looking at him.

We stay like this for a while and none of us moves. From the one hand I wish him to leave but at the same time a part of me wants him to stay, I missed his touch as well, I need him and I want us to get closer again.

I move a bit backwards unconsciously dizzy from his presence and my back touches his chest. I leave out a moan unable to hold back and he groans burying his face in my neck with my hair still up giving him full access on my skin without obstacles.

I raise my hands and hold the dress before it falls and Daniel wraps his arms around my waist pressing his face more on my skin that feels hot like fire and I leave my head fall on my left completely submissive to him.

“I missed you so… Much!” he whispers again wilder than before and I sigh overwhelmed.

“Me too…” I say instinctually without thinking of it and he lifts his right hand like a flash, touches my jaw and gently holds it and makes me turn to him.

I feel his exhale on my skin and he takes his face from my neck to bring it one inch away from mine. He opens his eyes a bit, enough for our gazes to meet and before I know it he is kissing me but this time the kiss turns wild from the beginning.

I moan louder than before in his mouth and he starts moving his free hand up and down my stomach, breasts, stern and neck with his other hand still holding my head turned to him and I rub my back on his chest. He growls deepening the kiss even more and I place my left hand on his that keeps on travelling on my body.

I feel ready to explode and I open my eyes a bit to see us with the corner of my eye in the mirror. My legs get too weak, I grab his hand guiding it on my chest above my heart and he cries out in my mouth ecstatic.

Together like this we look so…

Perfect!

I run out of oxygen and close my eyes again as I try to move and raise my other hand to touch him more not caring if my dress falls and he seems to understand it as he breaks the kiss, turns me around with his eyes almost black and locked on mine and lifts me up putting me to sit on the makeup toilet.

I pull him close quickly, wrap my hands around his neck and he hugs me abruptly ready to kiss me again but instead of kissing me he touches his forehead on mine with his eyes open and exhales harshly in my mouth.

We are both shaking, fighting to breathe, with our hearts beating so fast that it is almost painful and our bodies are burning. I don’t know how we are going to end up but I don’t want to stop him, I…

“Always remember…” he starts and pausing trying to take a short, forced breath with me hanged from his lips asking for more.

“What Elena told you today…” he states and crashes his lips on mine again with force.

I bury my one hand in his hair and move the other down on his back and he growls too roughly as he places his one hand on the back of my head pressing me more on him. He moves his other one in the middle of my back as the dress is open but hasn’t fallen because my hands are up preventing it and I try to wrap my legs around his waist but the dress is too narrow and I can’t.

I move a bit in annoyance and he realizes it lifting the fabric a bit higher on my hips and starts rubbing my left leg with power making me surrender to him, me us completely with one sentence playing again and again in my mind.

“The woman that stole Daniel’s heart…”

The 30th chapter is here!

This time I did it in the usual period of time and it is longer!

And back to the usual  but important things!
