I kept replaying the conversation that I had with Damon over and over in my head. This was the main reason why I was hesitant to help Alyssa, I knew that digging into his life would cause him to start digging into mine.
Granted, he didn’t know who was digging into his life, but he didn’t seem surprised either when he found me with Alyssa. My guess was that he had found out that she was with me and probably came to show us that he knew and to make us aware that he was watching us. What he didn’t realise was that it didn’t matter to me, I simply didn’t care about what he felt or thought because my main concern was Alyssa.
